If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 15 days of delivery so we can swiftly assist you.

At this time, we do not offer customization. All sets come beautifully curated with the specific fabrics and colors featured in our online photography.

It depends on the model you chose. For our Auto-Tilt umbrellas, simply use the crank to open the canopy fully, then continue cranking to activate the tilt. For our Infinite or One-Touch Tilt models, use the sliding handle or push-button to securely lock the canopy at your desired angle.
