Shipping Policy
At AE Outdoor, we are committed to delivering your order in a reliable and timely manner. Our shipping process is designed to provide tracking visibility and clear delivery expectations for both parcel and freight shipments.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are typically shipped from our service center within 3 to 7 business days after the order is received and payment has been successfully authorized.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Additional delivery-related fees may apply in certain access-restricted situations
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated transit times vary depending on the size of the order, shipping method, and destination.
Parcel Delivery (UPS / USPS):
Typically delivered within 3 to 14 business days
Truck / Freight Delivery:
Typically delivered within 7 to 30 days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, inventory transfer timing, or remote delivery locations.
4. Shipping Carriers
Depending on the item size and destination, orders may be shipped using one of the following methods:
- UPS
- USPS
- Truck / Freight Carrier
Carrier selection is based on the size, weight, and delivery requirements of the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
Please allow additional time for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website after the shipment confirmation is sent.
6. Freight Delivery Appointments
For truck or freight carrier deliveries:
- The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Delivery is generally made outside, at the front of the driveway or another ground-level accessible area
- Unpacking, moving the item indoors, assembly, and disposal of shipping cartons are the responsibility of the purchaser
7. Apartments, Stairs, and Limited Access Locations
Deliveries to apartments, upper-level units, or locations that require service beyond standard ground-level delivery may require review and may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
If your delivery address has limited access, stair carry requirements, gate restrictions, or special receiving instructions, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can assist you.
To help expedite review, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the damage
