How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders placed on aeoutdoor.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping generally takes 3-6 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1-2 days of your purchase.
Do you have a showroom where I can try the furniture?
To bring you high-quality outdoor furniture at the best value, we operate exclusively online and do not have a public showroom. Our dedicated support team is always available to answer any specific questions you have to help you purchase with confidence.
What is your return policy if the furniture isn't what I pictured?
We want you to love your patio space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your furniture per our Return & Refund Policy. We simply ask that items are returned in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
We are here to help! Please email us immediately at support@aeoutdoor.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or packaging so we can quickly assess the situation and get it resolved for you.

Can I order replacement parts, extra cushions, or individual pieces?
Yes, in many cases! Since our furniture is packaged as complete sets, availability depends on our current inventory. Please email us with your request, including the item, quantity, and your phone number, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I customize fabrics and colors?
Currently, we do not offer fabric customization. All sets are sold with the exact fabric and pillow combinations featured in our product photography.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Yes. If a collection is currently sold out, it is likely on its way back. Most out-of-stock sets are replenished ahead of the spring season.
Are furniture covers included with the sets?
Furniture covers are not included. We highly recommend using covers to protect your investment. Many of our customers find great options at coverstore.com (please note we are not affiliated with this site).

How do I clean and maintain my fabric cushions?
Maintenance is easy—mild soap and water will usually do the trick. Do not machine wash your cushion covers, as this will fade the fabric over time. For tougher stains on Sunbrella® fabric, please refer to the official Sunbrella® Care Instructions.
How do I stop my cushions from retaining water?
Sunbrella® cushions are designed to protect against light rain, but they are not entirely waterproof. During heavy rains, we recommend bringing cushions inside or using patio covers. If they become water-logged, simply turn the cushions on their side and allow them to drain and dry out completely over a few days.
What are the black clips included in my sectional box?
These are alignment clips. They snap onto the frame underneath the furniture to hold individual sectional pieces securely together, preventing them from sliding on your patio. (Check out our assembly videos on the product page to see how they work!)
How do I use the tilt feature on my umbrella?
All of our umbrellas feature an auto-tilt mechanism. Use the crank to open the umbrella fully. Once fully open, crank it one more turn to activate the tilt function.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all furniture sets. For our Solar-Lit Acrylic Umbrellas, we offer a 90-day limited warranty. For full details, please visit our Product Warranty page.
