Return and Refund Policy
At AE Outdoor, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged or if you decide the item is not right for you, we offer a return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product purchased from our website is damaged in transit or arrives defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or another suitable solution at no additional charge.
2. Returns for Non-Damaged Items
If, within the first 30 days after delivery, you decide that the product is not right for you, please contact us to request a return authorization number before sending the product back.
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item should include all original parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories
- The item must not show damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
For authorized returns of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our designated service center unless otherwise arranged by our support team.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion.
4. Refund Amount
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- The refund applies to the purchase price of the item(s) only
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- No additional restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise stated
5. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We may be unable to accept returns in the following situations:
- Return request is made after the eligible return window
- Product is returned without authorization
- Product is not in its original packaging
- Product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or abnormal wear
- Damage is caused by improper assembly, improper use, or normal wear and tear
