If you simply decide the item isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our support team first to receive a required Return Authorization before sending any items back. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, include all hardware and manuals, and show no signs of misuse or modification. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected at our facility, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
