All orders typically process within 3 to 7 business days. Depending on your order's size, items will ship via standard parcel (UPS/USPS, arriving in 3–14 business days) or specialized freight carriers (arriving in 7–30 days). For large furniture sets, freight delivery is standard ground-level/curbside drop-off, and the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please note that limited-access locations (such as upper-level apartments or areas requiring stair carry) may incur additional fees. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 15 days of delivery so we can swiftly assist you.

If you simply decide the item isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our support team first to receive a required Return Authorization before sending any items back. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, include all hardware and manuals, and show no signs of misuse or modification. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected at our facility, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
