Furniture covers are not included. To protect your investment during heavy rain or off-seasons, we recommend purchasing fitted covers (we often suggest coverstore.com, though we are not directly affiliated).

At this time, we do not offer customization. All sets come beautifully curated with the specific fabrics and colors featured in our online photography.

It depends on the model you chose. For our Auto-Tilt umbrellas, simply use the crank to open the canopy fully, then continue cranking to activate the tilt. For our Infinite or One-Touch Tilt models, use the sliding handle or push-button to securely lock the canopy at your desired angle.
