How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping takes about 3-6 business days. A tracking number will be sent to your email 1-2 days after purchase.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new AE Outdoor space! If it isn't quite what you pictured, you can return it. We simply ask that the item is returned in its original packaging and that you cover the return shipping costs.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our quality. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our patio furniture, and a 90-day limited warranty for our Solar-Lit Acrylic Umbrellas.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
We’ve got you covered! Simply email us at info@aeoutdoor.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and our team will get it squared away for you as soon as possible.
Are patio furniture covers included?
Furniture covers are not included. To protect your investment during heavy rain or off-seasons, we recommend purchasing fitted covers (we often suggest coverstore.com, though we are not directly affiliated).
Can I customize the fabric or colors?
At this time, we do not offer customization. All sets come beautifully curated with the specific fabrics and colors featured in our online photography.
How does the tilt feature work?
It depends on the model you chose. For our Auto-Tilt umbrellas, simply use the crank to open the canopy fully, then continue cranking to activate the tilt. For our Infinite or One-Touch Tilt models, use the sliding handle or push-button to securely lock the canopy at your desired angle.
