All orders are typically shipped from our service center within 3 to 7 business days when the order is received. We will provide a tracking number as soon as the product ships. Depending on the destination, orders can be delivered within 3 to14 business days by UPS/USPS, 7 to 30 days by truck. For truck carrier delivery, they will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Product will be delivered outside, at the front of the driveway. Unpacking and disposal of shipping cartons is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any deliveries in an apartment or above one flight of stairs will be assessed and may include an additional delivery fee.
If a product purchased from our site is damaged in transit, please contact us within 15 days, we’ll be happy to replace at no charge. If within the first 30 days you decide that the product just isn’t right for you, contact us to get a return authorization number and return the product to us in its original packaging. Customer is responsible to return to our service center/provided a pre-paid shipping label for return. No additional restocking fee will be assessed, however, full amount of item(s) purchase price will be credited back to your card, excluding shipping and handling fees. Furniture covers are not included. To protect your investment during heavy rain or off-seasons, we recommend purchasing fitted covers (we often suggest coverstore.com, though we are not directly affiliated).

At this time, we do not offer customization. All sets come beautifully curated with the specific fabrics and colors featured in our online photography.

It depends on the model you chose. For our Auto-Tilt umbrellas, simply use the crank to open the canopy fully, then continue cranking to activate the tilt. For our Infinite or One-Touch Tilt models, use the sliding handle or push-button to securely lock the canopy at your desired angle.
